Regina

A female Priestess speaking for the recently crucified Jesus, was captured by the Roman guards for speaking of false gods, being a single woman and daring to be a Priestess, This Jewess going by the name of 'Regina" (Queen in Hebrew) was to be beheaded, but it was decided to make a show of her and crucify her in the same fashion that the 'false god' she professed had been killed. At dawn, they stripped her all but a loincloth and fashioned a similar crown for the queen's head. 

Pressing it down, blood from her forehead become her new makeup.

they dragged her away, carrying a hammer and a bunch of old, used rusty nails to mount her on this old piece of wood in the fields.

people heard her screams but none came to stand and watch her die. She spent a couple days in agony before her body drooped high on the  cross.
